For some reason the https is not remaining in the link which causes a 403 error.

and select "Early Voting Ballot Status" from the "Elections" drop down menu

3. Just checked on three of us and it said

"Ballot was received and will count" for all of them. Now let's hope our votes are counted CORRECTLY. (We ask for so much!)
