If the winner wins by less than 50% does there have to be a runoff in Cal.?

CA 25 ( Knight) looks flipable in Nov. Total R votes less than 5% more than all Dems (52.2/47.5)

I think it works this way: the top 2 vote-getters face off in November.

The top two vote getters regardless of party. It took me forever to plan who to vote for. I had to use a strategy to block the GOP and this was not what I wanted. I voted for specific Dems to block the GOP candidate with the highest poll numbers instead of the candidate I actually wanted based on issues, endorsements, experience, etc. Really, REALLY stupid system!

Not sure if Knight's District is all within LA County, but he sure didn't sweep it on these returns.
