Filner has always been a progressive leader...a lifelong warrior for civil rights, unions, public education, social and economic justice.
San Diego is a wonderfully inclusive city; finally we'll have an equally inclusive mayor.

Our City Council also turned Democratic!


Now maybe, finally the Democratic National and State Party will stop believing Democratic California stops South of Long Beach.
