Quick cut some window holes and a standard pre made interior could be installed. A outer shell or set of panels for the outside walls nad the end doors replaced with a standard door. All could be put in the shipping container for transit. A standard kit would also have HVAC,electric and plumbing for a quick install. I was thinking a mobile home or "manufactured housing" company would have a heads up on how to do it.
I've seen programs where people have made homes out of two ro three containers and they were very fancy. I'm talking low cost and efficient. I think used containers cost about $2500 to $5000. As for the particulars I'm clueless.
It would be great for quick installs for fire victims and after a hurricane like in the Bahamas..
YMMV

Might require a little more $ to meet building and safety codes of the units, but I'm all for it.
