I would think that as long as she only votes once, she can use either one. But that's just MHO.

(2,336 posts)They allow college students to vote as absentee when in college -- you don't need to register to vote with that as your primary address but you can. Basically if she is registered in her home state, and she is currently residing there, she should vote from there. If she's not registered in her home state, she should request absentee ballot from college state.
