Former Jefferson County DA Scott Storey arrested New Years Eve on DUI
Former Jefferson County District Attorney Scott Storey was arrested on New Year’s Eve on suspicion of driving under the influence.
Littleton police arrested Storey, 69, after a traffic collision, according to court records.
Storey faces traffic charges of failure to display proof of insurance and failure to yield right of way/left turn.
Storey appeared in court Tuesday and posted a $1,000 bail.
