That $178 million spent in FL makes me smell a rat. The governor was a Medicare fraud expert at milking the government teat.

They assume people who test posititve spent tax money on the drugs.

They think that everytime someone lights a joint they charge everyone in the room a few bucks. They assume pretty girls pay their share for that line of coke, and no one would hand over a Vicodin or XTC without money trading hands.

There's only one other reason Republicans would want to cut people off from public assistance for failing a drug test, and it's not something they want to admit in public.

wherein any politician proposing legislation which compels any member of society to undergo testing for something must undergo the same testing (and standards).

Good luck with that PAP smear, guys ...
