The photographer was located south-southwest of the Masonic Temple, at about the Telegraph Road interchange with the Beltway. He had his camera pointed in the direction of Nationals Park, say. The sky depicted is over Crystal City and your old turf, National Airport, both north of Four Mile Run. Thus, over Arlington.
