Question about Medicare HMO

I have a relative in South Florida who lives on SS only, and makes a little too much to get Medicaid help, but has a hard time making ends meet. She has Humana Medicare HMO, but is being enticed by Wellcare HMO. Does anyone know which of these is better for someone who's poor? Or is there a Medicare HMO that's better? Thanks for any suggestions.

It is an excellent Advantage plan. There are several different options with it and if you choose Carefree, you will be reimbursed all but $4 of your Medicare Part B premium. Many doctors and Specialists are in their Network and the part B rebate has nothing to do with your income or your savings. It isn't part of Medicaid.

I believe there are two other companies who offer that same option, but I don't know anything about them. Central Florida here, but I believe it's available in the entire state.
