ATTENTION ALL DUers!!!!!!! I need help with the proposed 8th Amendment for this Nov

Right now they are proposing an amendment this november that would allow religious organization to collect tax dollars. One of the main arguments they have been using is that the blaine amendment is a bigoted/racist. I'm researching where the source of this quote originated:

"WHEREAS, in 2000, a plurality of the United States Supreme Court acknowledged that this "doctrine, born of bigotry, should be buried now,"..."

The only other place I've been able to find anything that talks about this was here:
