Not a big deal, but it sure would be nice to have the state tournament on the normal TV stations

instead of the HD crap. Once again they are on one of the HD stations this year so they can carry top shows like "Tim Allen Fails Again, But We Don't CARE"

Community service - I remember when they had to show some or lose their license. Hard to care when the owners live miles from Iowa.

I see that one of the Illinois HD stations in the QCA are carrying the Iowa tournament on HD #3. Guess it was too much effort for the Iowa station?

I know - I can watch them on the inner-tubes at least until Comcast takes it over. But for some strange reason I can't understand why one of those money grubbing fucking stations can't quit kissing the greenbacks for a couple minutes.
didn't they make enough from the nut cutter last year?

Pleasant Valley vs. North Scott for the championship. I went to PV and there has always been a fierce rivalry with North Scott. Culture vs. Agriculture or something like that. And the fact that they were not "metro" schools. So yes, it would be nice if the state tournament was on easily accessible tv.
