Wondering how people are voting on Question 5 (Congressional Districts)

I am voting NO because I hate gerrymandering even when it helps Democrats. Plus it really makes us look like chumps. Why don't we amend the state Constitution to have a group of non partisan academics draw the districts and then put the results to a state referendum? Take the legislature out of it altogether.

I'm now in the horrendously gerrymandered district currently held by Roscoe Bartlett. Hopefully he will be out on his ass come Inauguration Day. BUT I do not like the crazy way this district is spread out. It is an embarrassment to the people of Maryland.
