MILFORD, Mass. —The driver of a vehicle that crashed and rolled over on I-495 in Milford during the morning commute was under the influence of narcotics, Massachusetts State Police said.
The crash snarled traffic as crews worked to free three people trapped in the 2014 Toyota Yaris.
The driver, Danika-Leigh Chapman, of Stanford, Maine, was charged with operating under the influence and possession of ketamine. Ketamine, known on the street as "Special K," is a powerful drug often used to tranquilize animals.
Chapman and two passengers in the vehicle sustained minor injuries.
