I was wondering if anyone here lives in the Rose City/ Hale area up north?
We're (my wife and I ) are planning to move up in the very near future. I want to be there before winter, but house buying sets its own schedule.
Just wanted to know the local flavor and probably ask some questions I haven't thought of yet.
Going up this weekend to see the homes we have picked out.
