2. Oh cool
I only live 15 minutes from there. Looks like the dune walk on Pierce Stocking drive. Its beautiful there. Probably frickin cold also with the wind off of the lake!

10. Chasten grew up in Traverse City, so he probably had fun showing Pete around.
I haven't been there in ages. Sigh.

12. It always amazes me
How many people have heard of this city. I've lived here all my life and kind of take it for granted. It just needs a mountain in the background and it would be perfect here!

I grew up in Ingham/Eaton County area, but got up that way occasionally... had recently been thinking about going back to Michigan but I'm kinda lost right now and not sure where to end up

9. It's Antony Blinken, an old Biden hand. Mayor Pete would've been good.
He'll still get a spot in the admin, though.

11. Biden already chose Antony Blinken.
I hope Pete has a place in the administration.

13. No just random speculation on my part
But Mayor Pete would make a great S. of State because he is very smart and speaks about 200
different languages. Besides having an out loud and proud married gay man who goes to church would make lots of right wing heads explode. |
