"Watch" means conditions are such that tornadoes could develop.

It's looking like we are in the sweet spot between tornadoes but straight line winds are hitting us

In St. Anthony. But, no wind to speak of. We are in a bit of a 'bowl', but the high trees on the ridge were not wildly swaying either. Looks like the bad part missed here. Lots of rain. Lots.
