St. Paul School Levy Passes

For most Minnesotans, this went unnoticed. A levy that would restore current school funding AND add additional funds for technological upgrades for students passed. In a time when adding additional costs to property tax bills is highly unpopular, the voters in St. Paul stepped up, once again, and voted their support for educating our children. This won't solve all of the problems with the St. Paul schools, but it's a start.

I'm so proud of the voters of St. Paul!

I was absorbed by watching the national races on Tuesday and really wasn't paying too much attention to our state wide. What a pleasant surprise Wednesday morning was!!
