DUer coming to Lincoln in July

I will be in Lincoln NE for a week in July and am looking for a few things. One, I am a teaching artist and would like to offer up a casual workshop. Two, any ideas of fun things to do in NE? I had THE BEST time in Lincoln. The people are so friendly and look you in the eye. The place seemed slow paced and laid back and above all, happy. So so glad to have experienced this part of Nebraska! coming back soon.
