I have a question about voting in Nevada.

I know someone with a mailbox address in Nevada, but she doesn't live there. I think she may have a NV driver license now, but I'm not certain. Would a non-USPS mailbox be enough of an address on a DL to allow her to vote in NV?

Where she pays her taxes and has her vehicles registered are also considered indications of intent

She's got to be registered to vote first. With a legitimate address where her registration card could be sent to her I don't see why she couldn't have gotten registered before the deadline (a couple of weeks ago in Nevada). To have a Nevada license she has to have a valid address.

Maybe she is going to use the physical address of a relative.

"upstanding citizens" and billionaires? Shearing the sheeple is one of the few remaining industries here. We are a haven for thieves, con men, and other various criminals. Just buy a pair of cowboy boots, learn to mumble, and affect an indistinctive drawl, and you're good to go.

she didn't vote in anything other than the presidential election. IMO, she shouldn't have a say in who represents Nevadans at any level.
