Receipt Face Down ticket
Ever since they started replacing the meters with the curbside vending machines, parking has gotten more expensive and more cumbersome.
No more running out to add more money to the meter, now if you don't wait until your ticket expires, you waste money. No more finding a meter with time left. I also find I tend to put more money in then I need to be sure. Also, without a meter it is harder figure out if the space is legit.
Now I got a ticket for "receipt face down". Probably flipped over when I closed the door. WTF! couldn't they just print the time on both sides?
Googling this it looks like if I send in my legitimate receipt, my odds are still iffy that they will rescind the ticket.
This is really effed up!
