Man Involved In Brutal Anti-Gay Attack Receives Prison Sentence

A man charged in connection to a brutal anti-gay attack in the Bronx in 2010 was sentenced today.

Elmer Confresi entered a guilty plea to attempted gang assault and will now serve four years in prison and five years' probation.

It all stems from an assault back in October 2010.

Prosecutors say Confresi is an alleged member of a gang called "The Latin King Goonies."

For gang-raping and beating a 17 year old kid? Bet he wont even serve it all. Disgusting.
