MTA, city and state law enforcement officers have seized more than 7,800 vehicles for persistent non-payment since the start of open road tolling, officials said. MTA has bridge and tunnel cops that used to do tolls booths now they have more time for enforcement
Last Check more than 300 million is owed to the state. Its now become all I find all I keep. 
Maybe the MTA should send them monthly pictures of what their vehicles look like.
