Missing man found buried in nephew's backyard

CORAM, N.Y. (WABC) -- A missing person's case on Long Island ends with the arrest of his nephew after police say they dug up the victim's body in the nephew's backyard.

42-year-old Jonathan Roman is charged with second-degree murder.

Police say they found the body of 71-year-old John Frankowski buried behind Roman's home in Coram Friday.

Police believe an argument led to the murder.
