Last month, percents were reversed. I posted on General Discussion, but thought it should be here, too.

and disapproval of 47%. May shed some light on where the 9% who refused to answer the first question may head with their votes. Then there's the 5% who refused to answer the second question - which weirdly equals 101% for the last poll.
