House Speaker Cliff Rosenberger said Tuesday he is resigning from office.

Ohio is pretty much a one party state, StateHouse& StateSenate have been controlled by term limited republicans for many many years. Rosenberg resigning is a BFD.
From Dispatch.com. todays date

"Facing an FBI investigation into his overseas travel and a nasty leadership fight to succeed him that is ripping at his caucus, House Speaker Cliff Rosenberger said Tuesday he is resigning from office."...
"In November 2016, House Republicans won a record 66-33 majority."...
"Rosenberger is known around Capitol Square for taking trips around the country and overseas, with the costs usually picked up by campaign funds or outside groups such as GOPAC or the National Conference of State Legislatures. They have included trips to England, France, Italy, and Israel."...

This guy was being groomed to move up in state GOP & possibly at Federal level.
Hmmm

due to the rampant gerrymandering of it's districts. Anyone who says otherwise should look at the map to see the area that my former Rep Marcy Kaptur represents. Hint: they did it to get rid of Dennis Kucinich.

I found it fascinating the General Assembly gerrymandered Kucinich out of the House. And Boehner gelped in that choice I'm sure.
Did you watch the Dem Debate , yesterday 4/10? How do you feel Kucinich did?

at warehouse, so I was unable. I am leaning Cordray anyhow, but Betty Sutton would have been a great candidate on her own.
