Willoughby Hills mayor serves notice of removal to 6 council members
Willoughby Hills Mayor Robert Weger has served notice to six of the seven City Council members that they were being removed from office, effective immediately.
Those council members are Nancy Fellows, David Fiebig, Laura Lenz, Janet Majka, Laura Pizmoht and John Plecnik.
Christopher Hallum was the only council member not served with a notice.
They were notified via an Oct. 3 email from the mayor that Finance Director Frank Brichacek has been directed to treat that day as the members' last day of service.
