Joe the Plumber’s campaign may be in free-fall, but at least he’s still getting paid

Like supporters of Mitt Romney, if any still exist, those of us who thought Joe the Plumber would fight the good fight are becoming increasingly concerned.

His campaign for Congress has been awfully quiet lately, and that’s gotten many local Republicans a little antsy, and wondering whether they backed the right guy in the primaries, as the Toledo Blade reports.

While it’s true that Joe has made almost no public campaign stops, has not once debated his Democratic opponent, and seems to be lagging far behind in campaign contributions, there is good news:
