PA-16 surprise, DiNicola(D) leading Kelly (R-Inc)

There hasn't been a lot of polling in this race, but here is one showing DiNicola up 51-47 on Kelly.

Susquehanna is a Republican polling outfit and the sample was 37 percent identified as Republican, 32 percent as Democratic and 28 percent as independent.
