Basically the people he bought it from can lowball any sales or something.

That owns a lot of property in that part of the county. He had a clause that the house will be sold back to the church if he lost.

10. The New Church isn't a cult, just more of a universalist church

It's located in Bryn Athyn. It's huge, beautiful cathedral is a toursit attraction. The area is bucolic and peaceful. Oz' in-laws have deep roots there and his mother-in-law is a minister in the church.
