1. In western PA, Sara Innamorata elected Allegheny Co Executive

Matt Dugan defeated incumbent DA Zappala in the Dem primary, but Zappala cross-filed in the R primary and will be the R nominee setting up a rematch in Nov. This will be a very nasty campaign, imho.
