New PA. Auditor General finds weak oversight of taxpayer-funded charter schools

The Feds have charged many charter school operators in PA. with massive fraud. Why didn't the state Dept. of Ed. find this abuse?

Who would have seen this coming!

I knew that DePasquale was a good choice. I have only been surprised to have not heard more from him and the auditor general office.
