Even Corbett admits PA's public school funding is unfair

http://www.philly.com/philly/news/politics/state/20140122_ap_041dabfcb7394755af819dcb590840cf.html?c=r

The link describes how Corbett finally admitted that PA. public school funding is unfair. Maybe someone should do something about that, like maybe the guy WHO PUTS TOGETHER THE STATE BUDGET.

One of these days, maybe he will even be brave enough to walk into a public school in Philadelphia to see exactly how unfair the funding is. He has never been inside a public school in Phila. He had planned to go into one last week, but moved the program to his usual venue of a Chamber of Commerce office when it appeared there might be a protest.
