Schilling says RI State Police interviewed him as part of probe into 38 Studios
EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- Curt Schilling was interviewed by the Rhode Island State Police as part of their criminal investigation into 38 Studios, the company founder told reporters outside the WPRO radio studio around noon.
But he couldn't recall the names of those who interviewed him.
Schilling never testified before a grand jury, though.
"I was never subpoenaed," he said.
Pausing to speak with a group of reporters for the first time since the company filed for bankruptcy, Schilling expounded on several points raised during talk show host John Depetro's three-hour radio interview.
