Chris Matthews: "Rick Perry Doesn't Have The Brains To Be President"
Chris Matthews not only took a swipe at Rick Perry, he also knocked the Lone Star State on tonight's edition of "Hardball."
After Susan Page of USA Today mentioned that Rick Perry is not backing away and he has bought a lot of ad time on television, MSNBC's Matthews jumped in and told her Perry is too dumb to be president.
