The Handmaid's Tale is such a powerful series. I know they threw environmentalism into it to try to make the antagonist seem to be 100% the Republicans, but it's a token. The ruling party in Handmaid's Tale are today's GOP in some places. It's absolutely the vision many on the far right have for our country.
