Prosecution now seeking indictment for first-degree murder charges against James Fields Jr., who is accused of killing Heather Heyer and injuring dozens in car attack. Changed from second-degree.

Federal charges are under investigation, so far no information on exactly what crimes or individuals are being investigated. I have a feeling that the Terrorism and Hate Crime laws don't apply to this killing.

This is a Virginia court, so it only is working under Virginia law. Murder, assault etc.
