On Friday, April 20, around 2:30pm, Charlottesvilles embattled whites-righter, Jason Kessler, entered the schools library and plopped down in a central location to do what the other students had been trying to do: study.
But unlike for the students that roam the hallways daily, his legal research did not turn into an all-nighter among the books. His presence was quickly noticed, with students and professors taking personal action. A 3Lthird-year law studentsays Kessler was researching a way to petition his permit denial.

Yesterday Kessler made a return to the law school, but this visit was cut much shorter. He was given a space in a staff office to continue his legal research, according to sources, when a community activist entered the room. Kent Olson, a librarian at the law school, directed two city cops on hand to arrest Eric Martin for trespassing.

I'm assuming there is one for public use. Checking.... Back soon.
Hmmm. Nothing yet. Alexandria has one.

(17,434 posts)He's a defendant along with Spencer and the militias in several civil suits. Several of the militias have agreed never to come back to The Hook as an organization via consent decrees. A few appear to be going to trial. There is one case where he is the sole defendant in which Jay Taylor is suing him over false assault charges.
Jason Kessler has no significant assets, so I guess he is trying to keep his good name. <snort> I think he has little need for a lawyer. He has nothing to lose.
