It says her attorneys did not comment. I do not remember much but I think I read somewhere that some Walker campaign funds or friends were paying for all this legal stuff and appeals. Does anyone recall?
I almost pity her--and pity for someone is not good (at least in my book).

A former aide to Gov. Scott Walker when he was Milwaukee County executive may soon be headed to jail.
Kelly Rindfleisch, who was convicted of misconduct in office for doing campaign work while at her county government job, had appealed to the state's highest court late last year after an appeals court upheld her conviction.
The state Supreme Court rejected her appeal on Monday.
On Wednesday, Milwaukee County Assistant District Attorney Bruce Landgraf filed a motion arguing that Rindfleisch should be ordered to start serving her six-month jail sentence.
Rindfleisch, who served as Walker's deputy chief of staff, was one of six people convicted as part of a now-closed secret John Doe investigation into the activities of Walker's aides and associates while he was county executive...................

(26,624 posts)When I read this article it says a Chisholm "former friend" blew the whistle on him. I don't remember Lutz being a friend who blew the whistle. The cop actually made a death threat against the prosecutor. And made an accusation that concealed him as the source.
"But here is the shocker: Lutz issued a death threat, apparently during a drunken rage, against the prosecutor and his family last year a charge not in dispute, though it was never prosecuted.
"On Thursday, Lutz dodged questions as to whether he was the anonymous source making the bold claims. He said by email that he wished "to stay out of this firestorm," even if he helped create it.
Later, at his house, Lutz said he couldn't talk because Chisholm would "destroy" him. Asked if he was denying that he talked with Taylor, Lutz said, "No, I didn't say that."
Taylor declined to identify his source "unless and until he releases me from my promise of confidentiality." Late Friday, Richard Miniter, CEO of American Media Institute which commissioned the story acknowledged that Lutz was the anonymous source."

The Whistle blower is Tom Nardelli.. And he was a Scott Walker appointee that blew the whistle on Scott Walker. He abruptly quits.
