that's a really low bar. There are houseplants that know they are smarter than Ron Johnson.

My son had a theory about the 2010 election ... if only someone had asked Johnson how a bill became a law during a debate, the state of Wisconsin would have seen just what a dummy he was up front.

Wisconsin elected morons for Senator and Governor. How did that work out? Perhaps electing smart people again would be something to try….
