I didn't know if I would see the video or not since I'm using the Stop Tony Meow app that places at kitten over photos of Tony Abbott since it also works for Greg Abbott, the likely Republican candidate for governor.

Feel fortunate that you have senators like Ludlam.

Even ABC isn’t discussing it – terrified of funding cuts.

So, thank goodness for social media, which has seen the video climb to nearly 108,000 in 24 hours.

Scott is fast becoming a social media hero.

I just viewed it for a second time - heading for half a million views now - and it's interesting to read the comments from LNP trolls. Every one an hysterical, homophobic rant. Not one thoughtful response; they're just not capable of it. It's horrifying to think that people with this mindset are allowed to vote. I think there should be IQ tests before people are allowed to register! (Oh, hush my mouth!)

I hope it's an aberration. I just donated to Scott's campaign to do my little bit to help him get re-elected. Personally, I thought he should have been elected Greens leader when Bob Brown retired, and I hope he makes it one day soon.
