3. A few years ago,
There was an article written about how the LGBT community, and the Jewish Community were receiving Conservative propaganda, that they determined was mined from petitions that they had signed on-line in support of other issues.
Use for political targeting would not surprise me, but the spectre of targeting dissident voices, or groups troubles me much more. |
