Is Donna Edwards(D-MD) political career over?

After Donna Edwards left the US House in 2016 to run for the US Senate and losing in the Democratic primary to Chris Van Hollen, Edwards lost in the Democratic primary for Prince George’s County Executive in 2018 against Angela Alsobrooks and lost in the Democratic primary for her old US House seat in 2022 against Glenn Ivey. It is highly unlikely that Edwards will win any Democratic primary elections for statewide or local elections in MD.
