You guys have no clue what people are doing when they are paid to speak to groups. Various groups will pay for well known people to come to speak at large meetings. They choose those speakers based upon their life experiences. The more likely those life experiences are exceedingly high, the higher the speaking fees. I have heard dozens of paid well-known speakers over the years and not the first one spoke about the group they were speaking too or their business. Those speakers have ranged from Sally Ride to even Oliver North. It is not my fault that Bernie does not fit the criteria for life experiences to elicit an invite as a paid speaker to any event.
