What is Traduire cette page on Google? Can I stop it from popping up?
It makes a link harder to read because of the extra stuff and pop-ups.
Is it new? Never noticed it before yesterday.
I know it translates, but it does so even when I don't want to do so.

(38,000 posts)1. As far as I know, there shouldn't be any popups served from Google.
Is it possible you've picked up some spyware/malware bug?

It only appears now and then. It is intrusive because if you hit a highlighted word, the french translation pops up in a text window.
I did a search on how to turn it off. It's all in French.

As I say it is just now and then. To stop it I have to close Firefox and switch to IE for a while.

(38,000 posts)3. Could be a plugin or extension
In your menu, go to "Tools" then click "Addons" and look in either the Extensions or Plugins to see if it's there and you can disable it.
Also, go to the Google homepage, click the Settings icon and look at the Languages thingy and see what's up there.
