Product key on old computer

Okay, so I have a old computer around 2007-2008?

Word version is 2007.

I have never used Microsoft word, I have used word pad and such.

I now need to use Microsoft word.

I cant find my product key.

I opened up word.

I clicked on word options.

I clicked on resources

I clicked on about.

It had Product Key:

But the rest was blanked.

Is their any other way they can find their Product key, so I can use word?

There are some programs out there that supposedly will find the key from a current install but my success with them has not been good.

That said google docs will open word files and allow you to save them as word docs as well. It does not have all the bells and whistles but the price is right.

I've got MS Office 2016 but prefer the open-source LibreOffice. I haven't run into anything that it can't do, I've used it for Word docs, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations... and it's free.

ProduKey is a small utility that displays the ProductID and the CD-Key of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Office 2003, Microsoft Office 2007), Windows (Including Windows 8/7/Vista), Exchange Server, and SQL Server installed on your computer. You can view this information for your current running operating system, or for another operating system/computer - by using command-line options. This utility can be useful if you lost the product key of your Windows/Office, and you want to reinstall it on your computer.
