Can anyone tell me why I can't post a new discussion thread on the DU Lounge? (resolved)

I can post anywhere else, but when I click on "Post a New Discussion Thread" in
The Lounge, it takes me to a page that tells me "you are already logged in".

The site won't allow me to log out.
