How can i get rid if this message on Facebook?

At mid day today, Facebook has a message ---no X option. to tell me I can now have a cross-app feature. I don't want it and there is no option to get rid of this big screen notification.
There are so many of these notifications showing up now, it makes me angry. I'm a simple user and don't want these extras.
PLUS, it ticks me off that many of the news pages I follow are now with paywall. Geeze, what a PITA!

I have the same banner, just click on the Done button.

2. Does this mean I open all my posts to the Instagram subscribers? What a pain. I just want it simple,

How many other things are going to happen? This old timer has enough junk without having this option---or not-- open to the world of Instagram.

3. I don't have an Instagram account.

If you do have an Instagram account, you need to enable it.
Clicking on the done button just closes the banner.
Refreshing your Facebook page will bring back the banner, I see no option to turn off the banner for now.
