Ubuntu 16.04.1

Since I've upgraded to 16.04.1 my computer is nuts. Why would I have to reboot ever few minutes? If anyone knows what I might do to fix this please help me.

16.04 everything was fine but when it went to .1 shit happened. I have an old Dell Dimension 4700 from dec of '00 with a pentium 4 and 2 gigs of ram
