(17,863 posts)to make up ground since 20 races are incumbent Democrat (and we will probably have to replace Kerry as well). I don't see any easy nuts to crack since I think all the Republican Senators are from states Obama lost except Maine.

Even if my sweet pea Frank (had some interaction with him - he's just a wonderful man) decides not to run - Booker will whoop any Republican. Only one he'd have a serious fight from is if Christie were to run. Which my Republican co-workers think will be a possibility be ause on the National level - his name is now mud . . . But not in State.

(17,863 posts)I agree higher probability of holding than losing. If Obama has a good second term (and track records for second terms are not good), 2016 will be ripe for pick ups (10 Dem and 24 Rep with a good number in states Obama won).
