How do we get rid of DWS?

This discussion thread was locked as off-topic by stevenleser (a host of the Democrats group).

Seriously. I confess relative ignorance on this issue. I don't know how the head of the DNS gets appointed, or booted. How do we do it? I've had enough.

I don't want to debate whether it should be done, that's another discussion, what I want feedback on is HOW it can be done.

I have been posting things about her campaigning for GOP buddies, not supporting Dem candidates, offering to change her stance on medical marijuana if a major donor stopped telling the truth about her. Unless one lives in Florida, this stuff sinks like a stone. She is well-protected by money. She can buck Obama on Cuba and Iran with impunity.
